I had anal stitching done a while back when I was in Turkey on holiday. It narrows your passage by up to 6cm.

Yeah I'm quite an impulsive person, I saw the sign and it seemed fairly cheap so I thought, what the hey. I think they are going to make it illegal if Turkey join the EU.
