please can anyone recommend a good place to go for contractor mortgages.

I have about 7yrs ltd co accounts.

I am currently with santander on a high 4.74% SVR

If only we could all live without paying a penny in tax ehh? Life would be so good. Or maybe even 2 - 3%. We all want an efficient public service which has to take care of all your needs but refuse to fund it.

Santander currently have a 1.99% 2 year fixed which is available for remortgage clients. It might well be worthwhile trying to negotiate this product if you have 40% equity in your property.

Just got a mortgage arranged via Contractor Mortgages Made Easy. They are helpful bunch.

Just looked at here terms and looks like they will charge £695 for processing a mortgage ....

I cant remember making a payment to contractorFinancials 6yrs ago when they arranged a mortgage for me
