a)divert attention from the question being asked by focusing on the way it was asked
b)go off-topic onto some tangent or minutae whereby you seem to be 'winning'
c)launch a personal attack on the other person
It's a sure sign they are feeling under pressure. You haven't directly answered anything I said, just split hairs in an analogy and made blatantly false claims that intent is not relevant, only results; then tried to distract attention on me.
