    Divorce Lawyer Recommendations

    No doubt there are a number of you on here who have been through divorce and with a limited company and all the lawyer up the street seems to have no idea....

    So I'd appreciate a recommendation of a specialist lawyer please

    Thx

    How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

      Sorry - I meant to add

      which bit of:
      to have and to hold from this day forward, for better for worse, for richer for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part
      did you not understand?

        Divorce = 1 x problem
        Divorce + lawyer = 2 x problems

        Solution, sell up and leave UK

            My only advice.

            You're screwed. Give up everything now and start to live the life of a hermit. By the time the lawyers and your ex have finished with you that hermit will be better off.

              Firstly IANAL. That said, I didn't hire a solicitor during my divorce, I fought my own case against my ex's solicitor.

              Fortunately the Judge was a reasonable bloke and my ex-wife's solicitor was a man-hating bearded lesbian.

              The other fortunate aspect was that we didn't have kids to fight over.

              So, if you're reasonably intelligent, can argue your case dispassionately and reasonably then don't bother with a solicitor.
