    No one wants to win the next election and be left holding the hot potato when the UK collapses to the IMF after a run on Sterling and hyper-inflation.

    With a large number of voters either working in the public sector or dependant on state handouts through benefits and tax credits, are you really expecting turkeys to vote for christmas ?
