Even if you like it, she has felt the need to tell you it is a mess, so that won't work.
Not sure why she didn't raise hell with them if she is so upset, but i'm a lairy mare and raise hell if I don't get what I pay for (or like), but not everyone is like that.
Could you commiserate and offer a solution - along the lines of "I know you're not happy, but it doesn't look as bad as you think,(even if it does! ), do you want me to come with you and get them to fix it, or help you find a better salon to fix it (you may need to get wallet out here) ??"
Don't know if Mrs Tester is a rocket or a brooder - if the former, delay going home and she may calm down a bit. If the latter, get home quick before she broods so long she explodes !
