    One Pound a Day Diet

A friend and collegue of mine is living this month on one pound a day diet

Blog here: One Pound a Day Diet - January 2014

Donations are welcome - they will go to the food charity our well fed MP Ian Duncan Smithers (who said he could live on £53 per week but refused to try it) said is interfering with policy

WTF has living on a pound worth of food a day got to do with IDS?

I could live on £53 in benefits a week, says Iain Duncan Smith | Politics | The Guardian

              No.

£53 per week is at least £212 per month, I could probably live on it (if all is spent on food), but £1 per day

£53 a week is easy. £7 a week is a bit tougher Althougg if you get your food fresh from the market it's alot cheaper (80p for a pepper at Tesco!).
