Scooter business lease - simple question

No my post is not related to the tube strike today, since I took my partner's bike and flew over the bus crowd ;-)

but this is something I am meant to look into for a while, so very simple question:
    - how to buy a scooter on company account ?
    - is it called a business lease ?
    - can I just turn to a reseller and they will help me with paperwork ?

    thank you !

Have you budgeted for moving the Scooter from Bavaria ?
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

It's only going to be a lease if you lease it. Otherwise I'd guess it would be treated the same as a company car, but I don't know that for certain.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

I think there are some different rules for a company motorbike / scooter.

If this was in the right forum, an accountant might answer it.

You can buy or lease a scooter from the company – for tax this will be treated the same as buying/leasing a motorbike for the company which (for tax) is better than buying/leasing a car.

Can you clarify if you would be buying or leasing? Then I will be able to outline the relevant tax implications.

Sorry but a few of the responses were somewhat "surreal" (Bavaria, pic.. Am lost ;-)

Leasing would be my option for now just to keep chest in a safe and paying monthly I guess. But am not fixed on that.
