Worth a go. I could just take pills but apparently oral doesn't work. I'm happy to take 4-5x the RDA of vitamin C though, that might mitigate the excretion. It's not one that will do damage if you take too much.

Yeah, those fizzy vit-C tablets can go up to something like 2500% RDA.
