India's Supreme Court has refused to review its controversial decision to reinstate a 153-year-old law that criminalises homosexuality.

Judges dismissed petitions from the government and rights activists who say the order was wrong.

The Supreme Court judgement last month overturned a landmark 2009 Delhi High Court ruling decriminalising gay sex. ...
Given the soaring population in India, and a significant shortage of women relative to men (due to the Indians' habit of aborting females or killing them at birth), that must be one of the stupidest decisions ever.

Also, I wonder how they propose to square the decision with the hundreds of thousands if not millions of eunuchs and TSs throughout India, who openly cruise the streets for punters, and are pretty strident these days in their demands for recognition and freedom from persecution.

      "India, a country of contradictions."
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Yeah that was embarrassing. But al least they played the clip. It is a progress in the right direction I suppose.
If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

It symbolises a gay bear maybe ? (But then shouldn't the bear have a beard ???)
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.
