Aye. Quick maths quiz. What's 10% of fckall?

The airport is a joke and has been in decline since TBI decided to use it as a holidaymaker cash extraction machine.

Want to drop someone within walking distance of the terminal. That's a pound.
Want to use a trolley. That's two pounds.

Yeh. Always struck me as a bit of a pisstake at CWL that you've got to pay to drive in to drop someone off. Bit much that.

Part of the new "improvements" at CWL involve reducing the number of security lanes for passengers.

          Genius!

Does everybody live in South Wales? I didn't know. I live 15 miles from Silverstone and nowhere near this place or Anglesey.

The point is Britain has quite a few good motor racing venues, and they've been struggling to a greater or larger extent. The idea that building a new one would suddenly generate huge amounts of money and regenerate an entire region is beyond ridiculous. If the government wanted to spend money anywhere (and I'm not suggesting they should), it'd be far better spent on helping the existing facilities.

Wouldn't something like zombie experience events be more suitable in Blaenau, all those abandoned mine workings and plenty of extras for hire

Sure it would cost a lot less than an airport for a job creation scheme as well
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Yeah I live nr Oulton Park and used to go pretty regular

and with the exception of British Super Bikes and BTCC crowds sizes are tiny

even the FIA GT Class (coming on Easter Monday if interested) is not hugely busy - and this is ferrari racing!

So why you would go to some god forsaken place in the middle of Wales to watch a few home boys blast around in done up Golf's is beyond me.

Fact is as the article says there is very little money in Motorsport except at the very top

Actually it will be pretty well placed. Once the dualling of the Heads of the Valleys road (A465) is completed, access should be pretty much all motorway and dual carriageway.
