I'm drinking some now, most unusually. The trick is not to think of instant VS real coffee, but to treat them as entirely different drinks. Like how thinking of a McD as a proper burger is a bad idea, but they have their place.

Style over substance. I want a hot coffee now, not a warm coffee 30min after I decide I want a coffee.
