    until the poor have absolutley nothing left to loose no upraising will come.

    also the problem is that in the franch revolution for example the army and people who were supposed to be defending the monarchy also were part of the uprising


    unless something drastic changes I cannot see the armed forces rising up against the rules of any first world country.

    History suggest that this is true for a professional as opposed to conscript army.
