The CPS Ltd company has been liquidated this year so it looks like HMRC have spotted it.

I have received Self Assessment check enquiry (Section 9A TMA

I am trying to collect more contractors who used "Contractor Payroll Solutions Limited" (they market services as Contractor Experts). I used them in 2015-16 and have now received an inquiry on my self assessment from HMRC.

They make loan payment through Jordine Kennedy Management Ltd

I would suggest removing the other names of companies unless you feel they are needed at this stage.

Are the company assisting you with the hmrc letter?

This is insane. Why doesn't HMRC just kick your door down, nick your telly and sell your kids into slavery?
