Supposedly now wills need to be sent to prove that upon suicide wills are amended so dues are paid

It really looks like they are taking suicides seriously..

I don't believe this is true. I think HMRC asked to see someones will in the investigation of a scheme that said loans were repayable on death. Wills would not need to name HMRC as a beneficiary anyway as they would just claim against the estate if they needed.
