    Advice - Darwin Pay

    Hi All,

Wasn't sure where to post this, but i notice a fair few are having similar problems to me.

Like many i used Darwin Pay back in 2014 i believe as i was in the process of setting up a business. I opted for Darwin to have my money paid. I think Halo then paid me as a "loan". So they received my money and paid me via a loan.
Now i am being chased for "repayment" of the loan?

Is this a scam, can anyone advise what is going on. I cannot find a website for Darwin to ask them. I sense a lot of people are in the same boat

    TIA

      Hi there,

I received the same letter from their solicitors, asking for a re-payment of the loan before the end of February.
      These guys are thieves!

Did you try to contact them?

      Thanks and best of luck!

Get advice from a tax advisor.

Have a read of this thread, there are a few helpful tax advisors on there.
