I am not a fan of Phil, he has done some very good work for LCAG when it started (without charge I believe), however his involvement with Insella did his reputation no favours at all, and led to Philip Hammond to falsely accuse the Loan charge APPG secretariat (LCAG) being involved in promoting schemes to avoid the loan charge.
You on the other hand, may not be a journalist but the fact that you created an account in March of this year , waited until now to make first post on this thread, with knowledge that indicates you are not a novice in this area suggests that you have an axe to grind with Phil. Unfortunately the majority of people on this forum (myself include), hide behind pseudonyms , and nobody has any idea who they really are, Phil and Webberg are exceptions to this as anyone can easily find their real identities.

I also have mainly open years, and may well settle, but only because the loan charge is a lot more, so therefore the loan charge does impact me, why are you settling ?
