        I wouldn't be surprised if some disclosures get lost. Apparently they already lost quite a lot of settlement requests.

          Case for not declaring

          No need to submit is you have already started settlement process. I have received an settlement agreement letter (rejected by the way) so did not bother to declare.

          Don't offer any information you don't have to give

            Unless things have changed, you didn't even get a receipt for payment of APN's !!!!!!!! And people were paying thousands !!!!

              There was some confirmation screen shown saying it was submitted which could be printed, but no ref or confirmation email which would have been nice.

                I would say if you were in discussion and had got as far as receiving the agreement contract you would not need to disclose, but if you’ve told them to reject it and your intention is too not settle wouldn’t they expect you to disclose?
