    Clown Company.
Same, but mine gets deleted from junk as standard. I've had no response to my dispute letter sent to their representitive solicitors.

As the man said, WTT are not solictiors.

We are tax advisers who specialise in this area. We also have a legal team which carries out a variety of associated tasks.

I think that buried in the early days of this thread there is reference to a firm of solicitors who were engaged for the purpose of resisting the claims. (Forgive me if I have confused this with similar threads).

Otherwise we (WTT) or ETC seem to be the main groupings of the lucky recipients of letters etc from Felicitas and connections.

They are still desperate it seems, wouldn't Felicitas go straight to reputable barristers if this was airtight.

Fishing trip … stay strong and don't give them a penny. Plenty of good advice out there about these illusory loans.

Either they were a loan or income. If it was income should you have paid tax? If it was a loan can it be called in? And I say this as some one caught up in the Loan Charge debacle so I do have every sympathy.

              ------

I suppose their mailing runs got a bit expensive. Sad for all the people who paid them a penny to fund their fishing trips. Plenty of great advice on the forum and external to this site on this saga.

I think you are referring to Freeths Solicitors.

Quite possibly - the name rings a bell.

I have no idea where that project got to.

                    Final Offer

So we are at the final offer according to my letter this week. My initial demand in Feb was £35k , now its a final generous demand of £14k. Christmas has come early , thanks Felicitas , I'll send them a Christmas card. Don't pay them a penny to let them continue on with the fishing trip. Strange they have never responded to one of my letters.
