Beeken was running a pub in the Isle of Man until 2012 and the impressive qualifications after his name relate to the institute of Marketing. he's not a lawyer, an accountant or a tax expert.
There's a helpful thread on loans here https://www.contractoruk.com/forums/...d-summary.html
A law firm called ETC was advising on the Felicitas loans and WTT were also advising and Google should find both (and I'm connected to neither BTW).
The recurring comments in the other loan threads was
1. HMRC are your most pressing problem. Sort them out first.
2. Find and understand your contractual arrangements.
3. Seek advice from someone other than their recommended stooge
4. Don't give them a penny

I have received the same email from tailored and a letter today That I owe £20,000 to the company tailored services and they wish me to pay within 28 days. I used the company for about a year and was contacted by hmrc to sort out my tax. Now this I’m devastated I would have to go bankrupt I cannot pay. I’ve been emailed also by Matthew whyatt. To seek legal advice is going to be expensive as well I wonder whether if others are in the same situation whether a solicitor would take on a case jointly by more of us so it wouldn’t be so expensive. Any other advice?

Hi I have received a letter today requesting I owe £20000 to tailored today. Can we get together there appears to be a few of us and seems that maybe we could instruct a solicitor jointly perhaps as it may not be so expensive
Moved into HMRC Scheme Enquiries Forum and placed Umbrella name into the title.

And I will add this to every new scheme thread:
A word of warning Ladies and Gentlemen.
In the past we have had scheme advisors pretending to be punters caught up in this kind of mess.
Their modis operandi is to ask you to contact them using email away from the forum (either publicly or via PMs), and then try to persuade you to to drop proceedings/provide you with false information and certainly to stop posting negative things about the original scheme or the debt collectors (presumably to try and keep the brand ‘clean’).
Be aware of those who try this, test the waters of any WhatsApp group for this kind of thing happening.
And let the Mods know what is happening, we will deal with the forums our end without letting on who informed us.

I too was working for Tailored Services for little under a year. I’ve received a letter asking for £20k+ in debt that they claim I owe. This was my hard earned money which I earned. I also have HMRC now on my back but I’ve been in talks with HMRC to sort out my tax affairs. This is beyond stressing me out. I have my payslips and my contract with Tailored Services still handy to confirm that this was money I earned. Anyone have any advice on what to do next? Any suggestions would be helpful. Many thanks
