Adrian Sacco has also incorporated a Felicitas Solution UK entity last week (FELICITAS SOLUTIONS LIMITED - Overview (free company information from Companies House)), the registered company address of which is a virtual office so still no real presence in the UK.

I'm not sure what he is up to but the incorporation does coincide (maybe coincidentally) with these last round of letters demanding ID confirmation.

Now you do need legal advice and the only suitable people are probably WTT or ETC - so I would find out which one can help you here as it's likely to get blooming complex as this is an issue with IoM law not English or Scottish law.
Apologies eek - that is exactly what I meant!!

No need to apologise - I just think it is wise to be clear here on what people need to do.

Which is actually nothing - as (and let's repeat this)

We have been in direct contact with the IoM FSA. We have confirmation that you are under no obligation to comply with this request.
Only Felicitas has legal obligations here.
It is Felicitas issue to do the work they need to do, I wouldn't be rushing to help them out especially as they are implying you have to and there is zero obligation or requirement for you to do so.

Good on you for initially sharing the information! Didn't see your post yesterday.

And surely by providing such information on demand, you are admitting full liability.

I suspect you could still argue that providing the information isn't the same as admitting any liability but it would make things more awkward.

Just to let anyone else know - I take a very dim view of this.

Anyone else inciting this kind of stalking will get banned. and if I hear that PMs have indeed been acted upon, my punishment of all parties will be swift and permanent.

I do hope I've made myself clear on this point.
