Sure. You hold the power on this forum.

I note the posts (#287/291) from eek above. I confess I was unaware of that fact but thank the mods for their diligence and action.

WTT has a substantial group of clients who are involved in this. Early joining members of the group have not had SDs. For a small number who have had SD’s and which we challenged, they have been withdrawn.

We have sought and received appropriate advice from UK and IOM specialist sources, funded by the group we have. Backed up and supported by our own legal team, we remain confident that we have a very strong position.

Nonetheless, in an effort to resolve matters as quickly and efficiently as possible, we are about to begin discussions with relevant parties.

It may become necessary to close this group to new members at the end of those discussions, if some form of agreement is reached. We have no fixed date in view at this time but we hope it will be before Christmas.

        All a bit suspect

After highlighting earlier that a leaked email from ETC went out to many of us that got caught up this shLt, someone responses from this email pushing Elysium's offer has ended and you better act quickly to join.

TBH this is just one massive Scam and people are simply playing on worried individuals.

I for one just don't know who to believe anymore.

In a world full of cheats, cowboys and con artists - this site continues to let Webberg post here.

Were I actually involved I would be either using a legal firm I had chosen myself or WTT*

          * This is not an endorsement, more the fact there are zero other options that I can recommend.

Just a thought about the Loans and the way they are being used against us -as we didn't sign the contracts with our relevant companies stating an APR actually stated in the agreement surely this would be a useful tool to use again them, any thoughts on this?

You received the money without querying it - that may in itself be enough for it to be a loan...

We've discussed this plenty of times before in a 174 page thread that Felicitas seem to have taken a dislike to. See https://www.contractoruk.com/forums/...mands-174.html

                SD withdrawn

Just had my SD withdrawn. Fight it, get the SD withdrawn and don't pay any money. Good luck all.

What about LCAG? (At least this is run by loan scheme users and not-for-profit.)

About - Loan Charge Action Group

BTW, not sure why the mods snipped their email address in a previous post?
Scoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.

Do they have legal expertise regarding IoM trusts?

I was just thinking in terms of people getting help rebutting the SD. It was mentioned here:

(Btw, did the mods snip the email address because they thought it was an HMRC one?)
