Would I be right in saying that Sunday Wealth Management Ltd are the company that made the inflated charges on our partnership funds? If this is the case then does this not make us creditors of the company and is it now too late for us to do anything?

Good question Since no one has seen the slightest sign of an invoice or the basis of these charges No one knows but if the Admin and I P chaeges shoot up to 50% of your fees earned would you not want to know what the dickens was going on?

Any liquidation experts here - if a company goes into liquidation does it's accounts, ledgers, bank statements etc. become available for the public to inspect? Could be useful to see these to confirm one way or the other how the money managed to flow out of our partnership accounts.

Happy new year to everybody and let's hope that this thread can be put to bed very soon
