Has anyone used this site to assess IR35 status and consequently used the certificate/contract review to confirm this with their client?
I ran through it and it came back as not being inside IR35. When I run through the HMRC one it comes back as unknown.
Do you think this is enough to solidify an outside position with my client (NHS Trust).
