    Does the HMRC use PSCs for IT related services?

    Yes, more than you might think or they would admit. But you have to get past a few major integrators like PwC and EY first.

      HMRC consider that this requirement will be delivered as a service offering, and will therefore be outside of the IR35 legislation

        I recently had an interview with them for a role that ought to have been outside IMO (based on it needing experienced people who would need to not be under SDC).
        The roles were inside anyway. I told them to do one.
