I have been offered a contract in Dublin (public sector company) but I live in Northern Ireland.
I will be tax residence in Ireland as I will be working there more than 183 days in the tax year
I will pay tax and NIC ( PRSI Irish equivalent ) to Ireland and will declare my foreign employment on a SA to HMRC
My question is if I form an Irish based Ltd company ( where all income must be through PAYE) - will I be inside IR35?
