    well, the monies are nett of tax, so I don't see how that could be construed as tax evasion. It's been pointed out here several times that if we are obliged to maintain our Ltd companies, then those companies would continually run at a loss as e.g. accountancy expenses will now not be allowed, as the 5% allowance is being withdrawn. I'm not sure how that would sit with company law. It's an issue that doesn't seem to have been explored fully.
