    What are the current issues that are claimed here? We aren't hearing of any on these fora!

    Fourteen staffing bosses urge Sajid Javid to rethink IR35 reform

    Second, Mr Javid and his officials must learn the “lessons of the public sector implementation” of IR35 reform -- a recommendation put to HMRC back in June.

    “There are ongoing issues with the public sector reform,” the chancellor is told. “These problems need to be fixed before any changes can be implemented in the private sector.”

      that letter doesn't detail any specific issues, except pointing out the tax cycle. Do we know any other details?

        I think the letter is quite clear. It is basically saying "we (recruiters) will be undercut by competitor umbrella companies - please give us more time and introduce some regs so we can cash in"
