Hi all, just wondering what should be checking before signing new contract? Is SDS from end client enough or what else i should ask for?
    Thanks

Are you getting the contact reviewed by an IR35 specialist such as QDOS or similar? Have you been told what the client is doing with regards to IR35. If that was told to you by the agency, have you also tried to find out the real story?

You are showing a rather worrying lack of even the basic knowledge of what is going on. You really shouldn't be asking questions like that with only 9 weeks to go.

Time to pull your finger out, and very quickly.

As for the original question - in theory if the SDS states you are outside then you have nothing to worry about as it's up to the end client and they have determined that you are outside.

            Give us some more information...

Is it in the public or private sector?
When does the contract start and end?
Payment terms (invoice frequency, when is payment due)
Has the client already said if the role is going to be inside/outside? Verbally or by email without SDS?

              thanks

Thank you all for the reply, I understand from 6th April 2020 its end client who decides in or out. If they decide and give written confirmation that its outside for the full contract?
What else I should worry about or ask for? do i still need to get it reviewed?
It will be 6 months starting from March private sector

Thanks for that but pointing out the position the OP is in isn't really being mean or rude to them. It's a cold hard truth.

As you can see from his next reply above he's not taken head and gone away to do any research quickly which he very much needs to be doing. He can't negotiate this situation by asking 'is there anything else I need to know'. To give him a simple reply to one tiny topic isn't the most useful advice for him.

Ok great. And what did they say to producing an SDS? The answer depends on this really
