    Insurance

If you get to be deemed inside and you have to work through an umbrella company - do you still need insurance or would it be covered by the brollys?

I'd assume if you moved to PAYE ( Fixed Term Contract ) then insurance would not apply?

Surely it will depend on the brolly Ts and Cs?
I imagine that it would be quite expensive for a brolly to do that for multiple contractors though. And they ain’t gonna do it for free.

You are an employee of the umbrella so they cover it.

A quick glance at any umbrella website would explain this. For example.

Agency Documents & Compliance - Clarity Umbrella Ltd

      Or

Umbrella Company and Contractor Insurance | FAQs | Parasol

Why so many questions from people struggling so badly with brollies and not doing a shred of research this week?

cos they're either trolling or they shouldn't be allowed out without their carers.
        or they're lazy feckers.
        tell them lies.
