    Yep 10 years of continual increases in Employer NI rates and eventually IR35 reform becomes essential to ensure that Employer NI keeps on rolling in...

        Who do they think is actually going to build it? Engineering uses contractors a lot!

          The project has been taken off the hands of private company HS2 and is now being managed by a designated Minister.

          Given that this is now a public sector project contracts outside IR35 won't be a problem...
