Sajid Javid has resigned as Chancellor - Any thoughts on this changing IR35?

Maybe he didn't want to be at the helm while IR35 explodes
Politicians are wonderfull people, as long as they stay away from things they don't understand, like working for a living!

He was asked to sack both special advisors and refused. He had to sack one last year too and was bitter about it.

No impact on IR35, most likely.

It won't - even if they scrapped it permanently most large corporates won't switch back - that would be a loss of face.

Rishi Sunak coming in as Chancellor. Will no doubt tow the Tory line of fair tax.

I wonder if he was found inside IR35 and decided to walk as a result?

Good, what a hypocrite and let down he has been.

'get rid of silly IR35' (10 years ago quote) - FAIL

Rishi Sunak is the son-in-law of Narayana Murthy who is the founder of Infosys

Anyone who thinks IR35 is going way is deluded.
