The Oak Island nutjobs are into the Rosicrucians this week.

    Plus the Mayans.

And a couple of hundred tonnes of gold bullion.

Today's final feature is "The Hollow Point" with Patrick Wilson and Ian "Swearengen" McShane.

The Hollow Point (2016) - IMDb

    It's rather good.

Though somewhat more graphic than "The Nevadan".

    Hurrah!

The nutjobs have found some more wood.

Of the 200 tonnes of bullion, not so much.

      That's their third choice?

The chicken casserole turned out extremely nice

I used the food processor to utterly blitz some carrot and celery, being strongly averse to vegetable textures but not to the flavours they can impart to a casserole. The pressure cooking then completely reduced them to mere thickening/flavouring agents, so that all turned out rather well

It's located a bit to the left of The Ark of The Covenant apparently, underneath the Holy Grail, and in front of the French Crown Jewels.

So this time they found some wood.

            Old wood.

Old round wood (i.e. branches) and old processed wood (i.e. rectangular beams).

            And some mud.

            And some more mud.

And something that looked like very old coconut fibre.

            And pebbles.

This having cost, this season, about $CDN2M.

Watching repeats of 24 Hours in A&E as I stuck it on to accompany dinner and can't be bothered to find anything else to watch. There's a woman in a very bad way whose husband accidentally drove over her as she was guiding him into a parking space or something

Turns out she was the one who taught him to drive, so she couldn't complain too much once she'd recovered

                  Still dark in Manchester

Although I did notice as I was filling up that petrol is now only £1.15 per litre where as diesel is still up at 1.25

                  Oh well.

                  Happy Monday

                      Monday.

Now in with the hoi polloi in the Library.

Major accomplishment of the day: arranging MOT for tomorrow morning.

2nd accomplishment of the day: navigating my way through the road works on Gnoll Park road.

3rd accomplishment of the day: not TWEPPING the irritating twat who's filling in some nonsense thing at full volume about his Universal Credit claim.

Oh how happy I am that such things are nearly behind me.

And how amazing it is that the bald headed twat thought Universal Credit was A Good Idea.

We see you bald headed Tory bastard.

                      Oh good.

                      He's just buggered off.

                      What a relief.
