Lunch was the poached tomato/scrambled egg on Morrisons multiseed toast thing again.

    It was nice enough.

    Followed by a pear.

Which, despite indications to the contrary, wasn't ripe and even stewing it a bit didn't help a lot.

Eaten with some custard just to get rid.

In other news the weather is alternating between sunny and torrential at regular intervals.

And the bol is on and simmering. I'm not having spag bol tonight, but I'm making it now so it can sit in the fridge overnight where the flavours can develop

I'm wondering what the flavour of that bol I found in the fridge freezer cabinet will be.

It's been in there for months.

Tea this evening is, unusually, M&S Chunky breaded haddock.

Lovely tea of pork chop, chips, and beans

And the bol has cooled down and been transferred to the fridge; all 1,324 grammes of it

S1 of BTVS done & dusted and S2E1 watched.

Along with one ep of Joan of Arcadia watched.

                      Now watching Dr Pimple Popper.

A chap with a gigantic lump just above his knee.

                      It's a cyst.

Feck me, a kidney dish full of what looked like porridge.

But the best bit was the cyst wall which has to be removed to stop it coming back.

I don't think I've seen the like of that before.
