Warmed up to about 6 degrees.

Clear skies means its a bit nippy out. Beautiful sunset though as I got to the airport.

Now in the lounge awaiting my flight home.

It got to around 6° here but now the sun’s down, it’s already plummeted to 2°

it's a bit king billy here too.
slightly warmer than glesga, but not much.

It's apparently 5 degrees according to the weather app on my phone. Landed, off and on the tube by the time we were scheduled to arrive. Not too shabby.

Sadly the dash to tube means I am sitting in a suboptimal carriage but it's better than waiting 10 mins for the next one.

dinner has been a seafood stir fry, with flat noodles.
lots of the good stuff <garlic, ginger, chillis, oyster sauce, > and some good old fashioned BR14 magic

            and a nice chablis

don't know where the surge of enthusiasm came for the cooking.
            but, hey, everyone enjoyed it.

And home. Uneventful journey, which is the best kind.

Not too cold out but cold enough that I'm glad to be indoors.

Yep the one that is most likely to have a seat or the one nearest the exit at your exit.
merely at clientco for the entertainment

I think it is to do with getting a carriage next to your exit at your station?
