I wonder if a walk might be walked without getting drenched.

I see a patch of blue sky so I'm off out now just.
    Walk duly walked.

Umbrella not needed, though some jumping was involved where overflowing streams and leats were involved.

It's from a Hunter S. Thompson quote about Nixon and Watergate: "The chickens are coming home to roost, accompanied by three giant condors."

S1E15 duly watched: "The Rockford Files" Sleight of Hand (TV Episode 1975). (Note that due to the pilot episode being defined as S1E0, this is actually the sixteenth.)

    Raining steadily now.

    Ah.

I've always enjoyed "Exit. Pursued by a bear"

Tea: liver and bacon with onion gravy (gravy was a bit thick), prune yog, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.

Oh and some of the pears I stewed today, sans custard.

Entertainment: "Walking Britain's Roman Roads" at 20:00 on 5.

Possibly the thing about Lawrence of Arabia that follows it.

    <hiatus>

And "Predators (2010)" which seems reasonably amusing so far.

The smelly exercise attire was put in the washing machine earlier but I forgot to turn it on. This has now been corrected; just a time saver cycle this time

And tonight's casserole is in the oven

    Much precipitation ongoing.

My Dad called to ask about cookie messages on websites. Weather report from Sussex - raining hard enough to mess with the satellite reception.

Watched the third (final?) part of Britain's Biggest Dig and now watching the second part of Louis Theroux's retrospective. This one is about the porn industry and drug addicts and such like.

I can't find anything that interests me to watch.
maybe i'll just stare into the middle distance and rock gently in my chair for a bit.
