Taught the girl who works in the hotel in the mornings how to poach eggs. Yum yum; this improves my daily breakfast by a factor of 100.
Do you have to set traps in a chicken coop at night and whip the eggs away before the farmer wakes up?

Not quite, but they do have their own chickens nearby. Just seems a shame to fry such fresh eggs on both sides as they usually do, so I introduced the young lady to the delights of poached eggs. I won't teach her to make eggs benedict as she might think I'm seducing her. It always worked before I met Lady Tester but being a monogamous chap, I have to be careful.

Off to Epernay for the last leg of Norr's tour de France.

              Feck.

I think I've now really & truly had enough of this tuliphole.

              They're introducing Saturday classes.

Well they'll have to do them without me.

Saturday is the only day of the week I have more or less to myself.

Apart from doing the laundry and food shopping of course.

Wonder how the NorPusses have been getting on without us.

I suspect they're not so happy about being fed everything once a day and not twice.

There will be much bribing with tuna on Friday.
