Fish finger bap (wholemeal) for lunch

I've got a bit of a sore throat today. Hope I'm not coming down with some vile lurgy

Rutland cheese, small tomatoes and pea shoot salad in Granary bread.

Washed down with a mug of coffee.

14 stations installed on the new benches.

I seem to have lost some of the C5 cloverleaf mains leads in the move, since there's another 3 that ain't got 'em and I haven't been able to find them anywhere in The Great Pile of Mains Leads.

Naturally enough I'm drowning in C13 kettle leads but there you go.

I think I'll spend some money on 20 or so of these:

Mostly coz they look pretty and are expensive.

Trying to decide what to have for dinner that doesn't involve me doing much.

                  How's the sore throat doing?

All the bending and picking stuff up and worst of all connecting up the monitor cables has done me no favours.

Caught the 58 bus home, which got to Neath just after M&S had closed, so I went to Morrisons instead.

Wherein I purchased further supplies of lamb and some beef.

These have been portioned up (i.e. cut in two so one bit does one Sunday and the other bit does the Sunday after next) and dispatched to the freezer to join the previous legs of lamb from Wednesday.

I've spent knocking on for £30 on lamb this week but it'll keep me going for months.

I feel a bit guilty about not patronising the new butcher I found so I'll probably buy £7 of beef off him tomorrow.

In that ever so logical fashion for which I'm famous.

Now wondering what to watch this evening whilst awaiting the end of the wash/tumble dry cycle that's currently occupying the laundry room residents.

Tea was, unusually for a Friday, some M&S breaded haddock, followed by custard.

I didn't have any stewed anything so it really was just custard.

                  I like custard.

And the fridge is half full of milk.

Just think, the new intake are being greeted tomorrow (not by me I might add since a) I don't work weekends and b) I couldn't be arsed in the first place), and on Monday I get to see wtf we're dealing with this year.

I wonder if we'll have another one who dies if you turn him off.

That goddamn cat shat outside the living room window again today.

It'll be Domestos full strength out there tomorrow.

Thankfully it's a bit more solid than the last time.

Can't go wrong with a bit of custard. You could always try putting a banana in it.
