    Sun's out.

    21.5 in here now.

Roast beef was nice enough, we shall see if the cunning plan works in a fortnight or so.

Followed, as usual, by 1.05 pints of Good Glengettie Tea.

Now having a quick sit down before venturing forth to Tesco and Morrisons.

TWAO on R4 is even more fecking tedious than usual.

    Oh.

It's only take 24 minutes and 3 seconds to stop talking about the fecking Liebour Party.

The rain's here, falling steadily, with an air of grim determination that suggests it intends to carry on for some time

        Sun's still out.

It's all Simpsonsesque out there at the moment, quite warm & decidedly close.

Sadly there were no Eccles Cakes (Morrisons, reduced) to savour today.

But I bought a bottle of Banks's Amber Bitter (90p, Tesco) to make up for the disappointment.

After listening to R4 whilst gardening for much of the week I'm beginning to wonder if I'm a bit strange in not being gay, transgender, or identifying as something other than I am.

        Should I worry?

Almost every programme seems to have some sort of agenda in this regard.

        How things have changed.

In other news my left elbow is distinctly uncomfortable, despite the use of ibuprofen gel.

It's a bit like toothache but not quite so enjoyable.

          one bottle? dear, oh dear.

you're probably strange, but not for those reasons.

          i wouldn't concern yourself unduly.

i take back my thanks to NF.

this thing is filling the gaff with the most wonderful aroma.

i'm slavering, and it still has two hours to go.

That's the downside - they operate as a kind of torture device if you're peckish

The rain is holding off for now, but it's still very grey out

And the washing machine is almost done with a bedding wash, so that's something to look forward to.

that's it, i wasn't peckish until the 'bisto kids' stuff started.

              now i can't think straight anymore <if i ever could>

19:00 seems a long way away.

I was getting worried I might be missing out.

                "Ramblings" was a real classic.

On the one bottle front, I've more or less given up drinking.

Along with giving up salt as well.

Doesn't make you live longer, but it really does feel like it.

Those blasted jackdaws are tap dancing on the chimney again.

At a guess they're eating one of my nearly ripe pears.

Dithering muchly over what to have for dinner. This is the problem with having too many options
