Dunno why you bother arguing with some of that lot on general. Waste of time.

There is a high proportion of feckless eejits in general. I skip most threads.

Watched the first episode of the new series of Remarkable Places to Eat on iPlayer. Together but apart with HWMBO while we supped matching cocktails. Not quite the same but hey ho.

Assume you mean my comment on AtW's recent thread. Have to give the tedious bloke a bit of credit for summit slightly more humourous than his usual boring quotes from the Guardian. No offence to you

...

Well we're apart more than we're together normally so we've managed to make it work so far. The early weeks of lockdown were very hard because of the uncertainty - we're used to knowing that in 2 or 3 weeks he'll be down here or I'll be up there, or away for a short break / holiday. It's getting better but it still takes a lot more planning and scheduling. What we did this evening is something we will occasionally do too.

I was pleased to unearth a SATA DVD drive (Blueray!) from the parentals old PC that was my old PC. Not sure what to do with the rest of the components.
