Longest batphone call I've ever made.

        Thankfully it was 0800.

          Just finished work. Cream crackered.

Won't watch any tellybox this evening. Will forage in the freezer for something for dinner to go with some salad I want to use up and then shower and bed.

When mine goes down, I link up to the personal hotspot on my phone. 4G turns out to be good enough for most things, and it means I get to use some that data allowance I pay for but never seem to use much of

There are two places the 2G batphone works:

On the garden wall (not today: it's fecking raining).

In the back bedroom near the window.

So I've been up & down the stairs about 10 times during this faffing about with the BB modem thing.

              "Have you tried another phone?"

              "Yes.

Do a factory reset on the thingy.

              Ok.

              What colours are the lights?

Green, then solid orange, then flashing orange.

              Oh.

40 minutes later we get to the "Ok, I'll book an engineer" which is tomorrow morning 0800 to 1300.

Bet he turns up when I'm having my morning dump.

              Now watching Sewermen on Paramount.

              Today's a sewer under a golf course.

GPS on phone going mad again. Went for a walk from home in Mid Sussex and it says I was in Stoke on Trent. Dunno, maybe it's right, it's me that's senile.

Anyway, thought I'd see how you CUK loonies are doing. Too low and tired recently to be bothered with anything. Anyone got a spare brain?

Tea has been a kebab, i.e. my homemade lamb donner meat in a pitta bread with sweet chilli sauce, and chips. Lovely stuff

Also, the pitta was wholemeal due to a Sainsbury's substitution on that one delivery I got from them weeks ago, so it probably counts as a vegetarian meal or something

                      I didn't see any

Tonight's viewing was ST:TNG: S4E13 Devil's Due (TV Episode 1991) and S4E14 Clues (TV Episode 1991). Both pretty decent episodes I thought

Raining steadily here still, and apparently likely to continue on and off through the night and tomorrow

                      Goodnight all
