Wrong, it turns out: it's turned quite Simpsonesque out there now

    Still quite breezy too

Still as grey as a 's arse, though a slightly lighter grey than earlier.

Lunch: poached tomato and scrambled egg (proper leathery) on Morrisons sunflower and pumpkin seed toast (crust, not so thick), red corner yog, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.

Lunch has been sardines-in-tomato-sauce toasted sandwiches (white sesame bloomer). Very tasty

          Even greyer.

          Even wetter.

Sheets of rain sometimes, reducing to a miserable drizzle.

              95% 65bpm.

Tea: the last of Sunday's roast shoulder of lamb with carrots & onions, orange segments and custard, 0.91 pints of good Glengettie tea.

              Entertainment:

HSB S7 E13 "City of Refuse" wherein the cops have to work collecting rubbish. No good comes of this.

HSB S7 E14 "Der Roachenkavalier" wherein LaRue tries to find the biggest roach to win $1000, and Buntz gets the wrong end of the stick.

HSB S7 E15 "Norman Conquest " wherein Buntz is in charge of the precinct whilst Henry & Frank are sitting on a selection board for Lt.

HSB S7 E16 "Sorry Wrong Number " wherein a mass killing of a family is investigated.

Walking Britain's Lost railways on 5, wherein lost railways in north Wales get explored.

War Factories on Yesterday, all about the Baku Oilfields in the Caucasus.

Tea has been Southern not-fried chicken thighs with chips and lashings of tomato sauce

                      Entertainment (continued):

Jim Al-khalili on Sellafield. Lots of ticking geiger counters.

Dr Pimplepopper: lady with heart shaped lipoma on her back & it's the giant economy size. She's lost 130lbs with a bypass, but the lipoma remains.

Chap with a large lump on his forehead.

Lady with unpleasant looking pustules around her eyes.

                      Hidrocystomas.

                      Good honest pustulent value.

And a chap with odd bumps on his back that pop under and back out of his scapulas. They're doing a CT scan on that one.

Turned out what he had isn't in or immediately under the skin but is muscular or some such, so she referred him on to a different specialist.

I was almost tempted to do some design work today, but oddly enough I couldn't be arsed.
