handcuff clauses: Client introduced to 3rd party by Consultant

The only handcuff clause that I'm aware of between Agents and Clients is that once a Consultant is introduced by the Agent, the Client can't form a direct commercial relationship with that Consultant (to avoid cutting out the Agent).

Has anyone ever seen a clause where a 3rd party was prevented from being introduced to the Client by the Consultant directly? The Consultant doesn't work for this 3rd party and the Consultant would not have a commercial relationship with the Client.

I'm wondering whether realistically there are handcuff clauses that prevent Client - Consultant communication where the Consultant does not have a commercial relationship with the Client via the Agency and isn't looking to form a commercial relationship with the Client. However, the Consultant would have a commercial relationship with that 3rd party - NOT employment.

There are no confidentiality clauses in play so far.

Only in permie contracts, which prevent people from swapping from employer to a client or supplier.
