Ive gotten myself confused when filling out the SA for 2014/15.

I took one dividend out of my limited company this year but I am confused as to which section to enter the details in....

looking to move from my accountants as they are taking the michael now .

I too have received a letter telling me that an APN is on the way. Im with Montpelier and have paid a rather substantial CTD too!!
