    50k to 100k were affected by LoanCharge but the number of protesters could be counted and not crossed 1000 I believe!

    Better to focus on Spotlight48 and deal with HMRC than THL! if THL creates an issue we can take them to the court...

    what is the guarantee they will stop at 5%?
    they are offshore firms and if they claim the amount , it means the firms are still active and then they are liable to pay the Employer NI !

    for contractors who follow the rules and pay the tax that is due and respect IR35 , there is no need to worry.

    I welcome it ..seen many blatantly abuse the system and pay little tax while the rest...

    It is good thing!

    I think it is a good thing!
    Contractor will get betters rates since firms still will not add permanent employees due to over heads and labour law.
    Atleast we can make money without worrying about...
