    My Dinner

    Large Lamb shank from the Yorkshire Dales slow cooked for 8 hours in a sauce with:

    Shallots
    Mushrooms
    Garlic
    Ginger
    Carrots
    Mixed spices
    Red wine

    accompanied with mash, peas, mint sauce and steamed broccoli.
    Drink - John Smiths extra smooth

    Time for Rugby and some port

    What's from your kitchen? Would be interesting to hear from Nickfitz.

    PS - FFS, I'm looking forward to getting off the bench to avoid creating these AtW style threads
