Weird display in Outlook?

    Weird display in Outlook?

    A customer has been having problems with the display of Outlook. I took a screenshot of it to show you exactly what the problem is:
    e.g. in the first screenshot: the folders to the left are blurred out as well as the email in the Reading Pane.
    2nd screenshot: I cannot click on the buttons at the top as it seems that there are buttons shown that belong to a different Outlook tab.

    Any Ideas?

    Office repair / reinstall didn't fix?

      Try running this from the run box: Outlook.exe /cleanviews

      If that's locked down you'll have to do it remotely.
