I need 8Gb mirrored NAS. Anyone got any personal positive experiences of such a beast?

1) the need for all disks to be spinning all the time
whilst also
2) retaining the ability to recover data from the other disks if multiple drives fail at one time...
If what you want is to backup photos, files and server as a media server its a decent bet..
The one thing to remember is that it really comes into its own as the amount of data increases. The fact I can have a server with 10 drives providing 27tb of protected data is a real advantage...Last edited by eek; 23 April 2015, 20:46.merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment
