    one laptop two monitors

    Hi folks,
I've got a laptop with a single hdmi output ( and no vga, no docking station connector).
I'd like to connect it to two monitors.

    I've seen this:-
Matrox DualHead2Go Digital SE | Multi-Monitors for Laptops

Anyone got one? Are they any good?

How big is the laptop screen?
Can't you just use one extra monitor and the laptop?

If you have a USB 3.0 connection, then you can use one of these for the other monitor.

It's only got a Display Port input. No HDMI.

That takes a mini display and turns it into 2xHDMI. So even less use.

FYI Mini Display supports multi-monitors already.

I have similar but works with USB 2.0. I think it's this one from Maplin for 50 notes.

Worked well with client laptop though did have to install a driver. Not a problem as I had admin rights on the laptop.

More recent comments suggest it may not work with Windows 10 (I used it with Windows 7 without a problem) so the newer more expensive alternatives may be better.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

What is the model/spec of your laptop?
                  What connectors does it have?

Had a dualhead2go (well still have it in a box somewhere) worked ok. Did have some issues with it sometimes, but generally worked ok.
