SBC - Single Board Computer x86 64 bit

Currently working on a project where we want to provide an appliance for customers to run some software which is only ever touched once a year but is required for our other software to run. As the requirements for this system are pretty basic, we're looking at a SBC to use as the actual systems that run and will connect to this are large servers, either local or provided by a 3rd party (sometimes in the 'cloud'). The software only runs on Linux 64 bit and only on RHEL, Ubuntu and (it is still currently supported but not too sure for how much longer, SLES incl. openSUSE.)

I started with a Pi 3 B (nice price point for customers) as that now has SLES12 and openSUSE 64 bit supported but all the faffing about using QEMU or KVM or containers was just too much hassle so have decided to go for a proper x86_64 SBC. I have researched a few which look good but I know some people on here are probably much better qualified than me so just asking for some recommendations, thanks.

    PC104?

Bit more expensive than a Pi.

Cheers, had already looked at some of those and other PC104 systems, this is what I've pretty much shortlisted:

I just thought I would update this with my decision, this: https://www.adl-usa.com/product/adlepc-1500/

Quite a nice rugged little system. 4GB memory and 64GB SSF. Currently running Ubuntu with various software packages (Liberty WebSphere, Java and Derby among them.)
